We hope you love your Kickshaper, but we understand that some items don't work out. We will gladly accept Unworn,Unused,Unstained,Unwashed or prior defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or exchange. If for whatever reason, you are past the 30 day limit on returns, you will receive a store credit instead of a refund. No store credit or exchanges will be issued after 60 days.
- All merchandise must be unwashed,unworn, and with hangtags attached.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds and exchanges allowed within 30 days.
- After 30 days, only store credit or exchange will be allowed.
- No refunds, store credit, or exchanges after 60 days.
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All refunds, returns, or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than Kickshaper must be handled by the original location of purchase.
- We offer free return labels for US customers only within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days are exceeded, customers are responsible for return shipment and costs.
- International customers are responsible for return shipment and costs at all times (unless otherwise arranged).
- We offer free shipping for exchanged items for continental U.S. customers only.
*If we see there is a violation of any of the above rules, we will not issue a refund.

How to create a return or exchange
- Fill out the Return Authorization Form completely and include it in your return package.
- US customers may request a pre-paid return label within 15 days of their purchase. Request your return label HERE. If within our policy, you will receive your return label via email within 1-3 days.
-If you exceed the 15 day limit, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
-International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs at all times.
In those cases, you can ship your package to the following address with the method of your choice (we highly recommend choosing a trackable and insured shipping method).

Kickshaper is not responsible for any uninsured, un-trackable returned packages.
- Mail your package back to our warehouse. Please allow at least two weeks from the shipping date on your return for it to be processed. The refund will appear on the original credit card used and may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
